BTC Standard Hashrate Token – This is a collateralized token by Bitcoin’s hashrate running on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Each BTCST represents 0.1 terahash per second (H/s) of Bitcoin mining power to an efficiency rate of 60 W/TH. BTCST’s primary goal is to bring liquidity to Bitcoin mining, which will allow every player to earn rewards and purchase hashpower at a cheaper cost. BTCST concept is similar to Grayscale’s GBTC liquidity pool for Bitcoin investors. Miners earn BTCST tokens when they contribute mining power on the BTCST platform. Alternatively, BTCST token holders can stake their coins and benefit from the daily distribution of rewards earned from Bitcoin mining as per their stake.
