Conflux Token (CFX) is the native cryptocurrency that powers the Conflux network. It uses GHAST to achieve high transaction throughput as well as fast confirmations while maintaining decentralization and security. GHAST is a combination of Tree-Graph block ordering and the Proof-of-Work (PoS) consensus mechanism.
