JasmyCoin is a custom ERC-20 token built on the Ethereum blockchain and is the native token in the Jasmy ecosystem. The token seeks to restructure how users and service providers utilize data in its ecosystem. It facilitates all in-app transactions in the network. Service providers experience reduced cost of data management while the data users benefit after secondary use of the data held in data lockers. This coin comes with multi-usability functionality, allowing it to be used by an unspecified number of people and businesses to make payments using digital devices as proof of value. The Jasmycoin project is headed by Kazumasa Sato, one of the judges at the IDEA award that seeks to collect ideas related to data democracy from participants. With more people involved in conceptualizing ideas, the token can have many purposes, including contract trading, quantitative trading, leveraging crypto assets, and lending.
