NOIA Network aims at improving speed and efficiency for internet users while reducing costs. The aim has been achieved through NOIA removing flawed internet structural designs. These designs prevent users from having fast and secure internet connections which are private. NOIA network is made up of two components, the network and the routing technology (SDN).
The network acts as the highway for all user's traffic (the highway structure), while the SDN governs the network's rules (the intelligence element). NOIA network is compatible with any device with an internet connection. NOIA network was founded in 2017 by Domantas Jaskunas, Kipras Kazlauskas and Domas Povilauskas in San Francisco. Since it is a decentralized layer, it improves web content delivery using computers as Point of Presence (POP).
