What's good in the hood, folks? I'll tell you what. Today my guest is Evgen Verzun — Founder and CEO of Kaizen.Finance.
Chris: Kaizen finance sets out to help those who are looking for capital - is that correct? What is the range of services that you provide?
Evgen: Not necessarily. Kaizen’s main objective is to assist projects and entrepreneurs with their entry to crypto. It’s quite tricky to navigate without proper experience. So whether it’s guiding someone who is less experienced, or cutting down on work with automation for those, who know exactly what they need – as a platform, our focus with Kaizen was to provide tools and services for each end of the spectrum and anything in between really.
In general, Kaizen’s offering can be subdivided into two main categories – Kaizen Labs and Kaizen Launchbooster.
Put simply, Kaizen Labs is all of our token launch related services. While Launchbooster is essentially Kaizen’s version of a launchpad platform. Unique in its own way, of course.
Chris: Interesting! Can you tell us more about Kaizen Labs?
Evgen: Like I said, Kaizen Labs is our comprehensive suite of token launch tools and services. Things like token creation, strategy, distribution and vesting. Token security and launch protection with proprietary anti-sniping and anti-frontrunning shields.
We also help with creating and handling of staking, marketing, and community onboarding.
Then there is advisory, TGE and listing support alongside services like fair launch, liquidity management, and ranking services verification. Honestly, there is too much to cover.
The important thing is that you can get pretty much anything you might need in one place, on one platform, which suggests you are getting a more cohesive solution that works as intended and not just stitched together from small pieces delivered by different contractors.
I suggest you visit https://kaizen.finance/labs for a more detailed breakdown of what we do.
Chris: You assist with the Creation of tokens, as far as I understand. What does this process entail?
Evgen: In the case of Kaizen, everything really. Not only do we help with the issuance of the token itself, at Kaizen, we help with strategy, tokenomics, distribution to investors, vesting schedule planning, automation and much more. We specialize in taking project’s token from zero to listing and everything along the way, technology-wise.
Chris: What is Kaizen Launch Booster and what are its features?
Evgen: Launchbooster is a platform that enables projects to offer their token to Kaizen’s community. A launchpad, in essence.
One of Launchbooster’s defining features is community rating. As a team, we, firstly, thoroughly examine projects which apply and then let our community take a look at project’s documentation and marketing materials to further evaluate the project. If the project passes community assessment, only then the sale goes through.
Chris: Any user cases that stand out and you can tell our readers about them?
Evgen: Not a single case, but rather a collective one comes to mind. There has not been a single registered case of successful frontrunning or sniping attack across all launches that had Kaizen’s launch protection service enabled. It’s verifiable too. It is something that we, as a team, are proud of and, I believe, speaks volumes about Kaizen as a platform.
Chris: On a personal note: how did you come up with the idea for the business and who has been in your core team since the advent?
Evgen: I would say it was a natural process for us. As a core team, we have worked together for decades starting with professional telecommunications security, then cybersecurity and now crypto. We’ve had multiple clients that were interested in our expertise for their blockchain endeavors and token security. Things have evolved naturally as we delved deeper and found solutions to underlying problems. Turns out, it was not only our clients who had to find a way to deal with them. It only made sense to combine our solutions into a platform where a wide range of projects can benefit from them and, as a result, put crypto on the path of becoming a safer space for everyone. That’s how the Kaizen platform came to be. We have expanded on it greatly since then and have many more plans ahead.
Chris: What are your thoughts about the state of the crypto market in general?
Evgen: Crypto is here to stay. The technology is there and the benefits it provides are undeniable at this point. Of course, it will take time for us to see it grow into its potential, clear itself off of lucrative opportunists that offer no value, and for the community to become more experienced at seeing and backing the right thing.
More useful services, more transitions from traditional sectors, more adoption. The swings of volatility will continue to become less severe as the industry continues to grow. Those services and platforms that provide value and secure themselves properly will prevail.
As for the current conditions, Bitcoin is oversold. And unless we see another black swan, I believe it is safe to assume the change of trajectory for the market.
