Every Service We Offer is Rooted in a Single Brand Strategy That We Define Early on With the Client — Interview with Mr. Radhe Gupta, Founder and CEO at BrandPR

Hey everyone! Today we have a very special guest — Mr. Radhe Gupta, Founder and CEO at BrandPR!

Chris: What was the original inspiration behind BrandPR? Was there a specific gap in crypto marketing or a personal experience that sparked the creation of the platform?

Mr. Radhe: The idea for BrandPR was born out of frustration. I was working closely with a few early-stage blockchain startups and saw firsthand how disconnected traditional marketing agencies were from the unique needs of Web3. The space moves fast, it's deeply community-driven, and standard Web2 strategies just didn’t resonate. What was missing was a partner that truly understood crypto culture—its values, its skepticism, and its pace. BrandPR was built to bridge that gap, combining storytelling with technical depth, and campaign execution with community empathy.

Chris: How does BrandPR’s data-driven approach differ from traditional crypto marketing agencies? Can you walk us through how analytics influence real-time campaign decisions?

Mr. Radhe: Most agencies still operate on static strategies and vanity metrics. At BrandPR, we’re obsessed with live data loops. We track everything—from audience sentiment shifts across Telegram threads to wallet activity triggered by a single tweet. Our internal dashboards give us minute-by-minute clarity, allowing us to tweak messaging, adjust influencer cadence, or pivot entirely if needed. It’s less about intuition and more about iterative optimization. That agility gives our clients a real edge in this dynamic space.

Chris: You mention helping clients convert traffic into over 200,000 token holders per month. That’s a massive figure. What are the key levers you pull to achieve this scale?

Mr. Radhe: The volume is achievable because we don’t rely on a single channel—we create an ecosystem. We activate influencers, synchronize PR across top-tier crypto publications, engage micro-communities on Discord, and back it all with performance-based ads. Our conversion funnels are deeply optimized, and we A/B test landing pages and CTAs relentlessly. But beyond tools, what drives scale is credibility. We build trust first, and that naturally converts passive traffic into engaged token holders.

Chris: BrandPR offers a full suite—from PR and UI/UX to community growth and event branding. How do you ensure consistency across such a broad range of services?

Mr. Radhe: The key is alignment. Every service we offer is rooted in a single brand strategy that we define early on with the client. Whether it's a press release, a Telegram AMA, or a live booth at ETHDenver, it all carries the same voice, values, and vision. Our internal teams—creative, dev, community—work in sync through shared documentation, cross-department check-ins, and real-time project dashboards. It’s an orchestra, and consistency is what keeps it harmonious.

Chris: Web3 branding requires balancing hype with substance. How do you guide clients away from short-term shills and toward sustainable brand-building?

Mr. Radhe: We’ve seen too many projects implode from chasing hype cycles. At BrandPR, we challenge clients to think in seasons, not sprints. We map out foundational narratives, align them with real milestones, and reward communities based on value—not just speculation. We also audit every strategy against a simple question: Will this still make sense 6 months from now? If the answer is no, we rethink it. Our role is not just execution—it’s education.

Chris: Crypto users are highly skeptical and decentralized by nature. What are your secrets to cultivating trust and long-term loyalty within Web3 communities?

Mr. Radhe: Transparency wins. Every time. We coach our clients to be upfront—whether it's about delays, tokenomics, or roadmap changes. We encourage them to speak directly with their communities, to host regular AMAs, and to reward feedback loops. It’s less about scripted marketing and more about consistent presence. Trust isn’t built in a campaign—it’s earned in how you show up when things don’t go as planned.

Chris: With 5,000+ influencers and KOLs in your ecosystem, how do you vet and onboard the right personalities for each project?

Mr. Radhe: Our influencer ecosystem is tightly curated. We run every KOL through a three-stage process: community quality analysis, historical campaign performance, and alignment check with the project’s values. We don’t just look at numbers—we look at engagement authenticity, wallet data, and resonance with specific user cohorts. It’s matchmaking, really. The goal is not to go broad, but to go deep with the right voices.

Chris: Can you share a case study or transformation story of a client who went from obscurity to mainstream visibility thanks to BrandPR?

Mr. Radhe: Absolutely. One of our standout stories is a DeFi protocol that launched in stealth with under 2,000 followers. Within 90 days, we helped them hit over 120,000 wallet signups, got them featured on CoinDesk, and drove a $15M TVL surge. We deployed a mix of guerrilla-style Twitter marketing, strategic KOL pushes, and a targeted PR blitz that positioned them as category leaders. Today, they’re partnered with Layer 1 giants and are a respected name in the space.

Chris: What’s been the most challenging campaign or client brief you've worked on—and what did you learn from that experience?

Mr. Radhe: One of the toughest campaigns involved a cross-chain protocol dealing with a smart contract exploit mid-launch. We had to navigate a live PR crisis, community panic, and technical uncertainty—all in real-time. What we learned was the power of radical transparency. By working with the founders to communicate openly, loop in devs for live updates, and stay ahead of the rumor cycle, we didn’t just salvage the launch—we earned the community’s respect.

Chris: Lastly, how do you envision the future of branding and PR in the decentralized world — especially in a space where anonymity, memes, and communities often replace logos and slogans?

Mr. Radhe: The future of branding in Web3 isn’t about control—it’s about participation. We’re moving toward a model where communities are the brand, where memes signal belonging, and where the most powerful narratives are co-created, not commissioned. PR will evolve from press releases to proof-of-action. Brands that embrace transparency, meme culture, and modular identity will thrive. And agencies like ours will play the role of orchestrators—guiding, amplifying, but never dictating.
