Holders Can Get Passive Income, Weekly Rewards, Exclusive Drops and Much More — Interview with Marius, CEO and Co-Founder of EGLDRUSH

Chris: Hi! Can you tell us more about yourself and the role you're playing in that blooming project?

Marius: Hello everyone, my name is Marius Dulhaniuc, known as Marius, is the CEO and co-founder of EGLDRUSH. As the owner of a digital services company in the UK, a Business & Coffee YouTube channel and a management position in the largest energetic interconnector between Denmark and the UK, I fell in love with blockchain, crypto and NFTs and decided to build my own project EGLDRUSH.

Chris: Right off the bat, I want to compliment you on such an enticing website, that instantly gives an idea what you're guys about. "Our mission is to create a strong community of people who believe in the Elrond Blockchain future" — would you please give our readers a perspective on this blockchain in general and why it is so important for you to develop it?

Marius: Thank you, yes, everything we build and do is to the highest standards we can afford. This is EgldRush, starting with the website, our products, our community and so on, we strive to do our best in everything we do.

EgldRush is a collection of 5555 high quality unique collectibles that live on the Elrond Blockchain.

Each NFT has massive benefits and grants access to exclusive member benefits such as:

• Private Fund Co-Holder and Revenue Share;
• Passive Income;
• Dedicated VIP Crypto Club with crypto research and analysis by experts;
• Flama App - an educational and super useful app for business and crypto;
• Weekly Reward System;
• EgldRush Treasure;
• Access to early stage projects, exclusive drops;
• DAO;
• Become part of a private investment fund;
• Burn mechanism and more.

Elrond is a dedicated blockchain, a highly scalable, fast and secure platform for distributed applications, enterprise applications and the new internet economy. Developers, validators, and enterprises are using Elrond to build a new Internet economy.

Chris: Community-based approach is my favorite, by far. How big is your community at the moment and what are some values all of you guys share regardless of the proficiency area?

Marius: We are a community-oriented project. From the beginning, we have adhered to the Pareto 80/20 rule, where 80% is returned to the community and the remaining 20% is used for future development. The most important thing for us is to have an organic community that is involved in the project and wants to discover and learn about our project, as well as other projects in the dedicated crypto talk channels.

Right now we have 6500 followers on Twitter and a little less than 900 on Discord. Even though this seems to be a small number, we know most of them by full name, and so we know our original owners who have been with us from the beginning. Nevertheless, we want to keep things transparent and have a two-way communication with the community when it comes to some of our next steps.

Our first value is education. We are working hard on this side so that everyone has a better understanding of this field and learns how to protect themselves from scams, how to trade and invest, and also learn to have a long-term mindset. Small steps lead to big results. What is amazing to me is that there is always something to learn, even from us.

We have a Crypto VIP club where we all discuss new projects, opportunities, cybersecurity, tradingstrategies, farming and so on.

And soon we will have an app where all this will be included. For obvious reasons, we can not give any more details about it until the launch.

In summary, for us it's about education, community, and business, but it's also about realizing that you can never build something great alone. For that, you need a supportive community like we have.

Chris: Can you speak of the art a bit? Who are the designers on your NFTs.?

Marius: The design was created by ourselves. We came up with the idea for Dwarf Miners and designed and created the EgldRush NFTs with our partners at Zero. We wanted a 3D NFT as a form of respect for our community and our work, and for future ideas or things we want to build around it. The idea with the miners is to show that they work hard, as a team, and that they can dig so deep to find a gem that everyone does not even realise it can be there. Just as is often the case with the hidden treasures of cryptocurrencies.

Chris: By the same token, when is the NFT collection launch? How many waves do you foresee?

Marius: The NFT sale started on July 19 with the whitelist addresses for the pre-sale. The price was 1 Egld per NFT. Now it is 1.15 until we reach the 1900 minted mark. There will be two more steps to the 1.5 Egld mark for the very last NFTs. We are selling only on Saturdays and are close to the 1000 minted NFTs mark. As you know, the market conditions are not ideal and since we do not have a launchpad behind us, we only achieved this through our community. We are in no hurry to sell out in a day or in a year if it fits the overall development of the project and is sustainable. No rush, just EgldRush. For us, it is important that we build an organic project that goes through all the steps of the roadmap and learns every step of the development and becomes more sustainable every day.

Chris: What are the key stage on your roadmap that you are looking forward to?

Marius: Each step has its own challenges and is important to the big picture and success of the project. It's about the journey until we reach each step. If I have to choose one step, it has to be phase 2. We are looking forward to the Seedify investment to create another revenue stream for our project to keep it sustainable in the long run. We are looking forward to the launch of the Flama App powered by EgldRush, we are looking forward to new partnerships and opportunities to create more seed opportunities for our owners, and the same goes for all phases, like sub-collection, unification, and any new product that is released.

Chris: What are the main accomplishments you are proud of so far and what are some mistakes you have made that you would rather not?

Marius: Our main achievements are the roadmap milestones that we have successfully reached, the new partnerships and people that have joined along the way, in other words, the ecosystem on which we have built the project and our community.

It would be unfair not to say that there are things we did wrong. We overcame them and took them as don'ts for the future. To give an example: At the very beginning, we rushed to contact people and companies who offered us marketing campaigns while we had nothing tangible to show - the very first step was still in development.

Chris: Who are the members of your core team? What do they do in their professional life?

Marius: Our core team members are public and can be found on our website.

We have Flavius, who has more than ten years of experience in online business and has successfully advised other crypto projects on various specific topics. Marian, our CTO is a IT full-stack developer with more than 10 years of experience in the leading companies in the industry IT and also one of the most requested freelancers from his field. Then we have Madalina and Silviu, who both live in the USA. They have more than 5 years of experience in the crypto market and are responsible for our Holders only crypto-vip-club channel. Last but not least, there is Dragos, our community manager. He has held similar roles for groups with more than 7,000 members, was responsible for business development in another crypto project and currently manages the community for another project.

Chris: To wrap up, can you tell where our readers can follow your gorgeous project?

Marius: Of course you can also join our communities. If you already have questions, we look forward to hearing them on our social media channels:
