Eunobit, an instant cryptocurrency exchange, offers a simple way to exchange major cryptocurrencies in four steps, with the final amount shown before confirmation and a support team that can be reached at any hour.
Instant exchanges have become a common way for crypto users to move between coins without placing orders on a trading platform. Eunobit focuses on that use case: a short, predictable exchange flow, transparent amounts before confirmation and support that is available when users need it, including evenings and weekends.

How the service works
An exchange on Eunobit follows four steps:
- the user selects the exchange pair;
- enters the wallet address where the exchanged coins should arrive;
- sends the deposit to the address shown on screen;
- receives the exchanged coins, usually within minutes.
Each exchange has its own status page, so users can follow its progress in real time instead of guessing whether a transaction has gone through.
Coins and networks
Eunobit supports exchanges between widely used cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Solana (SOL), XRP, BNB, TRON (TRX), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Monero (XMR). USDT is available on several networks, including ERC-20, TRC-20 and TON, which lets users choose the network that suits their wallet and fee preferences.
Transparency before confirmation
Eunobit uses a floating rate. Before the user confirms an exchange, the calculator shows the final amount including the fee, so there are no hidden deductions at the last step. Because the rate follows the market, the amount received may differ slightly from the estimate if prices move while the network confirms the deposit. The exchange page also lists the service's current coin reserves.
Support around the clock
Mistakes in crypto transfers, such as a missing memo or a coin sent on the wrong network, often need quick help. Eunobit's support team is available 24/7 via Telegram and email. The website is available in English, Ukrainian and Russian, and its FAQ covers common situations, including destination tags, wrong-network transfers and cancelling an exchange.
Choosing the right network for stablecoins
For many users, stablecoins are the most common reason to exchange crypto. The same token can travel on different blockchains, and the choice matters. USDT on ERC-20 uses the Ethereum network, which is widely supported but can carry higher network fees at busy times. USDT on TRC-20 and on TON usually costs less to move. Eunobit lets users pick the network for USDT, so they can match the receiving wallet and keep network costs under control. Sending a token on a network that the receiving wallet does not support is one of the most common and costly mistakes, so the network shown on the exchange page should always match the wallet.
What users should check before exchanging
- The receiving wallet address and the network it belongs to.
- Whether the receiving service requires a memo or destination tag.
- The final amount shown in the calculator, including the fee.
- The minimum amount for the chosen pair.
The FAQ on the Eunobit website explains what to do in common situations, including a coin sent on the wrong network or a missing destination tag, and how to cancel an exchange.
For partners and merchants
Beyond individual exchanges, Eunobit offers a partner programme for websites and integration documentation for merchants and partners who want to add crypto exchange functionality to their own services. Details are available on the Eunobit website.
A first exchange, step by step
Take a common example: a user holds Bitcoin and wants USDT on the TRC-20 network to send to another wallet. On Eunobit, they choose BTC as the coin to send and USDT on TRC-20 as the coin to receive, then paste their TRC-20 wallet address. The calculator shows the final amount of USDT they will receive, including the fee, before anything is sent.
After confirming, the user sends BTC to the deposit address shown on screen. The status page then shows each stage: waiting for the deposit, confirming it on the Bitcoin network, exchanging and sending USDT. Once the payout is sent, the coins arrive at the user's wallet, usually within minutes, and the transaction can also be checked independently in a block explorer.
Staying safe when exchanging crypto
Most problems when exchanging crypto come from rushed mistakes or fake websites rather than technical failures. A few habits help avoid them:
- Use the official website, eunobit.com, and the official Telegram account, @EUNOBIT, and be wary of look-alike links in chats or adverts;
- Copy wallet addresses carefully and check the first and last characters before confirming;
- Make sure the network of the receiving wallet matches the network selected for the exchange;
- When trying a new pair or wallet, start with a small amount;
- Never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone, including support staff.
Refunds and availability
On Eunobit, if an exchange cannot be completed for any reason, the funds are returned to the client. The service is not available to residents of the United States.
