HONG KONG, 30 November 2020 - ParallelChainTM, the core blockchain technology platform of enterprise blockchain company Digital Transaction Limited, has achieved 144,927 transactions per second (TPS) during a remote live demo with a company from Taiwan. This is the first time that a distributed ledger technology has reached this throughput in this type of setting.
The demo was conducted on 27 November 2020 between Digital Transaction Limited in Hong Kong and the customer running the nodes in Taiwan, having deployed ParallelChainTM on their local machine and powered by a standard cloud. In this environment, the company maintained complete control over the running of ParallelChainTM.
